Refund Policy
As a company, we are committed to providing our customers with the best service, which is why we have a clear cancellation and refund policy.
All projects have deadlines that must be met.
After a thorough discovery/analysis has been conducted, an overview of the project's scope of work is created. By ensuring both parties know what needs to be done, cancellations, reversals, and disagreements can be avoided.
- Refunds are not available for work that has already been completed since goals take time to achieve.
- Any further payments are nonrefundable after the client retains ownership of the work. There will be no refunds for past payments or deposits. As soon as the client approves mock-up designs and the project progresses, payment will not be refunded.
- A partial refund is not possible halfway through the project.
- We do not accept cancellations for special event services.
- These offers are limited-time and cannot be canceled. 30 days in advance, a written cancellation notice is acceptable for web/app packages. A refund is not available for abandoned or parked deposits or payments.
- The client will receive their money back within 5-7 days of making the first payment.
